Education for Ministry

Dear Friends in Christ,

I invite all of you to join me on a journey into the Bible.  As Baptized and Confirmed Christians, we are taught to spread the GOOD NEWS OF JESUS to all we meet.  How do we do this and feel comfortable? How do we read a verse from the Bible and compare it to our everyday life?

Join me for Education for Ministry classes beginning the first week in October. Together we will discover how to respond to this call to Christian service, and recognize our own gifts of the Holy Spirit.

Education for Ministry, or EFM, is a four year course offered through the School of the South, in Sewanee, TN.  I will be your mentor, not teacher. If four years seems like a difficult commitment, consider joining us for one year, to test the waters.

Brochures are available in the Great Hall.  I would love to answer any of your questions.  Applications are available for those who plan to join us.  The summer will fly by quickly, so we need to know as soon as possible who would like to sign on for this amazing adventure.

For His Sake,

Sue Andrews
